Arrange a GP home visit
If you or someone in your family is unable to come to the surgery because of illness, then you can arrange a home visit.
If you or someone in your family is unable to come to the surgery because of severe illness or your are housebound, then you can arrange a home visit. Please contact us by phone on either 01225 428277 or 01225 445004.
The GP may initially call you back to discuss your request. The visit may be carried out by one of our visiting Paramedics.
Visits for blood tests etc... are carried out by the Community Nursing Team.
If you need to cancel a requested visit please contact us as soon as possible.
