Book an appointment
If you need to see your GP, then you can book an appointment using our online system. Our appointments are booked at 10-minute intervals.
How to book an appointment
Contact us by phone on either 01225 428277 or 01225 445004 for same-day appointments.
Same-day appointments are released at 8:00am and 2:00pm
If you have online access via SystmOnline/Airmid you can book non-urgent appointments online to see or speak to a GP by using our online booking system.
If no suitable appointments are available or you do not have a login you can use the online triage system for non-urgent enquiries and admin requests.
Types of appointments
At St Michael’s and the Beehive Surgeries, we offer different appointments to help you get the care you need as soon as possible.
Routine appointments
We aim to give you a routine appointment to see or speak to a GP or other Healthcare Professional within 2 weeks.
Urgent appointments
If your appointment is considered urgent, we’ll arrange for a GP or other Healthcare Professional to see or speak to you on the same day.
